In accordance with Act LXXXIII of 1997, until 1 July 20241 the NEAK will conclude a financing contract with an institution operating exclusively as a public body. The transformation into a budgetary institution is also necessary for the Móra-Vitál Nonprofit Public Benefit Ltd. owned by the Mórahalom Municipality in 100 %. Sections 11/A - 11/F of the 2011 CXCV Act (Aht) provide for the rules on the takeover of the municipal functions of municipality-owned companies by a budgetary body.1 Pursuant to Section 11/C (1) of the Aht, the receiving budgetary body is considered to be the successor in this respect on the basis of the entitlement of the transferring institution.
