The Móra-Vitál Outpatient Care and Balneotherapy Centre offers several medical services that are subsidised by social security. This means that the NEAK covers part of the cost of certain treatments, making them available at a reduced price.
Supported services include, among others, medicinal baths, mud packs, weight baths, medical massage and underwater physiotherapy. These treatments are widely used and proven medical procedures.
A referral from a specialist is required to receive this benefit. The specialist will prescribe which treatments are recommended and in what quantity. These services are only available at institutions that have a contract with the National Health Insurance Fund (NEAK) – Móra-Vitál is one such institution.
If you would like to take advantage of subsidised treatments, the first step is to book an appointment with a specialist, and then arrange a date with our medical department. Our staff will be happy to assist you at every stage of the process.
